Policies
We require a two night minimum stay on weekends and holidays. Breakfast is included with the room rate.
Payment Methods: Cash, credit card or check. Taxes: 7% PA State and 3% Lycoming County
A deposit of the first night’s charge is required to secure a reservation. This can be completed by credit card or other pre-payment. A cancellation fee of $25 is retained if the room is subsequently reserved by another guest. Full payment is retained if the reserved room is not used by another guest on that date.
Check In: 4:00 p.m. or later (This is flexible.)
Check Out: Typically 11:00 a.m., but flexible if no other guest is expected for that unit.
We are happy to host persons 13 years of age & older. We do not allow pets. This is not a handicapped accessible property. The stairs in the cottages are steep; the stairs in the main house are also. The property is non-smoking. WiFi provided for all guests.
Room rates are based on double occupancy, third guests are accepted at a rate of $25 per night.
